Your Data
We need to collect and hold your data for the purpose of managing the Hall, its hiring, and finances. It is our responsibility to ensure the data is only used for this purpose. Access to personal information will be limited to Trustees, staff, the company that hosts our website and volunteers. We collect this data from booking enquiries, responses to events.
We will not pass on your data to any third parties
You have the right to review the information we hold and to have data corrected if it is wrong. Any such request will be dealt with within 30 days after confirming the identity of the individual, requiring both photo identification (eg passport), and confirmation of address (eg recent utility bill, bank or credit card statement).
